You only need a referral from a GP if you wish to claim the Medicare rebate.
-
Thank you for choosing us. You can actually use your GP’s referral letter to see any psychologist.

We understand rescheduling your appointment may be necessary from time to time. We do our best to be flexible, however last-minute cancellations mean that the sessions can’t be offered to other clients who are wanting to see their psychologist.
In order to provide us enough time to offer your booked appointment to another client we need at least 2 full business days (Monday – Friday).
Our cancellation policy is that:
Cancellations made within 24 hours notice (Monday-Friday) will incur the full session fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur 50% of the appointment fee.
